Just fill out an application form and answer “How Did You Hear About Us?” with “Refer a Friend” (this is where your name goes) or you can have them call us and we’ll take care of the rest.
Get the word out, tell your friends about it on social media, just make sure they tell us that you referred them and you can receive $50 for each referred friend who qualifies and enrolls in a study!
Keep in mind, you don’t need to be in a study to refer a friend.
